BUSINESS:
1. HOA Board Service Positions Elected
President: Chris Child
Vice President: Karen Liu
Treasurer: Dan Portwood
Secretary: Aaron Lopez
Member at Large: Lyle Page
2. Minutes from July, 2021 meeting were approved unanimously.
3. Review of financial statements and Accounts receivable. Approved Unanimously
CMI is working on Budget for 2022
4. Discussion Items:
A. Roof monitoring/repairs. Two more roofs this fall. Shingle falling off.
B. Landscaping. Request for other proposals. Mulch on Senior Band homes. Weeding, Dead bushes, vines
C. Maintenance. Deck Review, Painting & Color Schemes, Lighting Fixtures
D. Other: Garage lighting (bulbs). Leases for rentals
LANDSCAPING:
Affordable Landscaping bid at $2100 per month.
PAINTING:
Board voted unanimously to have JRCA architects to create a new color palatte.
DECKS:
Utah Clear Cut will be conducting review on decks.
ROOFS & SIDING:
Discussion on costs and timeframe for continuing with roof replacement.
ARCHITECTURE:
Board discussed new paint scheme and how to implement painting schedule.
WALKS & STREETS:
Nothing at this time.
