BOARD MEETING NOTES

Attending: Chris Child, Aaron Lopez, Lyle Page, Ron Steed, Shelley Williams, Paul Beard & Thomas Higham

Absent: None

BUSINESS:

1. Minutes from May, 2021 meeting were approved unanimously.

2. Review of financial statements and Accounts receivable. Delinquent HOA fees totaled $200. No issues noted & approved unanimously.

3. Issue of parking congestion addressed. Parking on street is a city issue and outside the purview of the board. Concerns with street parking need to be addressed with city council.

4. Annual meeting will tentatively be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 and tentative location in the middle of the unit on the steps.

​LANDSCAPING:

CMI will contact landscaper about drafting a landscaping plan. Concerns were raised about watering and cleaning of landscaping beds.

We are getting a bid from a new Affordable Landscaping company. There was a bid from a new landscaping company at approximately $2100 per month.

PAINTING:

Taycor will not start painting until new color scheme is approved. Taycor needs to remove waste material.

DECKS:

Still waiting for more information on deck review.

ROOFS & SIDING:

Two roofs were completed. Roofers need to return to pick up equipment (ladder & cones).

ARCHITECTURE:

Fence has been repaired in the back alley.

Board agreed to issue fines to units that have screens in disrepair.

WALKS & STREETS:

CMI will be starting repair of stairs. Tentative start date of 06/08/2021 given.
