BOARD MEETING NOTES

Attending: Chris Child, Aaron Lopez, Ron Steed, Shelley Williams, Paul Beard & Thomas

Absent: Catherine Norwood

BUSINESS:

1. Minutes from October 2020 meeting were reviewed & approved unanimously.

2. Review of financial statements and Accounts receivable. No issues noted & approved unanimously.

3. Five Accounts delinquent on HOA fees totaling $331.75.

​LANDSCAPING:

Sprinkler system winterized.

Window wells have been worked on by landscaping company to ensure the dirt/mulch is at least 6 inches lower than top of window well.

Landscaping company installed low-pressure sprinkler heads on system to address dry spots.

PAINTING:

See entry below under Architecture.

DECKS:

Deck inspection, repair and staining was discussed. Tentative plans were made to obtain bids and have work started in 2021.

ROOFS & SIDING:

ofing on final building completed.

CMI is waiting for a bid to clean and repair gutters.

ARCHITECTURE:

Repairs completed to asphalt driveway behind units. (Asphalt had "bubbled" in approximately seven to ten locations and caused the asphalt to rise and crack).

The board is awaiting BHB engineering report on unit of West End of complex.

WALKS & STREETS:

No concerns at this time
