VILLAGE TOWN HOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
BOARD MEETING NOTES
Tuesday, September 15th, 2020

Attending: Chris Child, Aaron Lopez, Catherine Norwood, Paul Beard & Thomas
Absent: Ron Steed & Shelley Williams
1. Minutes from March 2020 meeting were not reviewed or approved due to time constraints and technological limitations.
2. Review of financial statements and Accounts receivable. No issues noted.
3. CMI will send reminder to have one space available for parking in garage (CCR 3.21).
4. Chris Child, Aaron Lopez & Catherine Norwood signed Code of Conduct.
Board voted unanimously on having Bee Line Pest Control treat for pests. Initial charge of $265 for initial treatment plus $75 for traps.
Backflow Preventers discussion tabled until all board members present.
Dog station bags will be left up however containers will not be replaced.

No new concerns at this time. Carried over from last meeting 14054 Pepi Band Road had concerns with textured stain peeling on deck.
ROOFS & SIDING:
Roofing on final building is scheduled however roofing company is waiting on shingle manufacturers due to low supply.
Rain gutter repair & replacement postponed due to contractors refusing fix gutters due to roof height.
Board approved to have repairs conducted at 979 Pepi Band Road on door and exterior door frames trim & caulk.
Board approved to have BHB engineering inspect building on West End to assess potential issues with foundation, settling and structural integrity. Cost of inspection was $800.
WALKS & STREETS:
No concerns at this time
