BOARD MEETING NOTES

Attending: Aaron Lopez, Catherine Norwood, Dan Portwood, Ron Steed, Paul Beard & Stephanie Ault
Absent: Shelley Williams BUSINESS:
Minutes from August 2019 meeting were not available for approval due to formatting issues.
Review of financial statements/cash flows. Board is still investigating interest rates and services with Continental, Mountain America and America First Credit Union. We will be investing in two CD accounts to keep funds more fluid.
Accounts receivable discussion: Fines issued to unit 690 for failure to place screen door on entry are currently at $820.00.
Cease and Desist letter issued to owner of Unit for operating short-term rental in violation of CC&R.
Board voted unanimously to increase HOA Fee by $5.00 per month.
Landscaping:
Concerns that were raised:
Dead tree to be removed by Friday, September 13th, 2019.
Concerns with landscaping maintenance of back alley. Current contractor stating they were not aware this was under their purview of care.
Painting:
No concerns at this time.
Decks:
No concerns at this time.
Roofs and Siding:
No concerns at this time.
Architecture:
Company will be coming to lift and repair concrete damage on property.
Walks and Streets:
Trip hazards to be repaired on property. (see above)

Tuesday, October 8th, 6:00pm at Kneaders.
