BOARD MEETING NOTES

BUSINESS:
Review/approval of minutes from the prior meeting. Minutes from previous meeting were not logged due to absence of secretary.
Review of financial statements/cash flows. Financial statements reviewed. No concerns.
Accounts receivable discussion: Accounts Receivable were reviewed. Reviewed and one resident had $200 in late fees waived contingent upon her staying current with fees. Resident has become delinquent again and therefore fees were reassessed.
Landscaping:
Concerns that were raised: Sprinkler system potentially has too many add on components and changes to accommodate for changes that have occurred over time. A request for a bid to overhaul sprinkler system.
A request for a proposal/bid for a landscaping plan and costs to update beds.
A request for a proposal/bid to have dead hazardous trees removed from the property.
Plan has been developed to empty dog waste containers once per week.
Painting:
No concerns at this time.
Decks:
No concerns at this time.
Roofs and Siding:
CMI will conduct Reserve Study to assess costs of replacing roofs in comparison with reserves in account.
Architecture:
None at this time
Walks and Streets:
None at this time
Next meeting:
Tuesday, October 9th, 2018 at 6:00pm. Location: To be determined. Request for walkthrough with landscaper.
