ATTENDEES: Jim Nebeker, Paul Beard, Ron Steed, Aaron Lopez; Clint Dalton, Lyle Page
BUSINESS:
Review/approval of minutes from the prior meeting: Notes were approved.
Review of financial statements/cash flows. Financials reviewed and approved.
Receivable issues: Financial Statements were reviewed. No unresolved questions. Reviewed receivables.
Board Reports/Discussion Items:
Roof monitoring-Continued Monitoring/Roof Repair Scheduled
Compliance issues – None discussed
Landscaping/snow removal – issues, etc.
Paul and Jim presented bids from various landscaping companies. After discussion the board voted unanimously for:

A follow conference call with Ryan was scheduled to lock down final questions. Paul was going to inform Truco.
