BOARD MEETING MINUTES
January 10th, 2017
ATTENDEES: Jim Nebeker, Paul Beard, Ron Steed, Aaron Lopez & Clint Dalton
BUSINESS:
Review/approval of minutes from the prior meeting: Notes were approved.
Review of financial statements/cash flows. Surplus of approximately $20,000 but budgeted painting projects were not completed. Financials reviewed and approved.
Receivable issues: Financial Statements were reviewed. No unresolved questions. Reviewed receivables.
Board Reports/Discussion Items:
Roof monitoring-Continued Monitoring/Roof Repair Scheduled
Landscaping/snow removal – issues, etc.
Paul has gone through property with different companies and is waiting back for bids. Discussion of having representatives from landscaping companies attend board meeting to select help with selection of Landscaping companies.
